Red Cube Strategies

The sales and marketing profession has always been a stressful industry and socially dynamic people can steer themselves off course, which in turn removes their focus away from the outcome they desire.
Behaviour changes can create bad habits. These habits can become not only negative, but destructive too.

Some of these habits are –
-LOCKOUT – fear of cold calling or visiting clients.
-Procrastination and avoiding decision making.


-Fear of not achieving targets.
-Fear of rejection.
-Fear of asking for the order or closing the deal.
-Sales-person’s Stockholm Syndrome (over empathising with client).
-Resentment of others.
 
If you think that you are holding yourself back and not able to achieve your maximum potential then I can guide you, using your own resources and put you on track for success.
 
The first contact will be made by telephone. You will be asked about your medical history and then we discover what it is, you want to achieve? And we take it from there....
These consultancy interviews allows both practitioner and client to understand what steps need to be taken to move forward.
After the first consultation, a proposal of the next step(s) will be provided for the client’s consideration.
When this is accepted, the coaching will commence.
Once completed a follow up will be requested to ensure the client has continued the new habit or behaviour and discuss if there are any further improvements they wish to make. 
 
 
Sales training-
 
Red Cube Strategies can provide sales training for those who are new to the industry and those experienced salespeople, who would benefit from a “tune up” training session to bring them on track.
 
Red Cube can also provide a Body Language or Non-Verbal Communication training day. This is aimed at the sales professional who is in a face to face negotiation work scenario. We use methods such as the VAK Model and teach how to notice deception. This is an important part of the sales process, as you want to prevent wasting your valuable time with "Tyre Kickers" and allows the sales professional to get feedback during the sales process and understand how to progress to the stage where the client places an order.
